Shipping & Delivery

Delivery

We ship goods WORLDWIDE. 

Handling Time is 1-2 working days.  Ordered items are sent out within 2 working days upon receiving both Purchase Orders and Payments.  Products are shipped from Hong Kong by Airmail.

Shipping time varies from different countries.  Normally, Shipment may spend 7 – 30 days to be delivered.  Sometimes for unexpected circumstances, shipment may be delayed.

All items are free shipping with tracking number.  Tracking number will be uploaded to buyers for PROTECTION so that you can track and trace the parcels

 

SpeedPost Airmail

We can offer EMS for shipment.  Normally, Shipment may need 5-10 working days for MOST of the countries.  Please firstly contact us for shipping charges if you would like your items to be delivered by EMS.

If you have any concern or issues regarding the shipment, please contact us for checking and solutions.

 

Return

If there are any broken or defective issues on our products when you get the parcels, you may return the item(s) to us for compensation.  Please return the items with all original packages, we make refund or re-send new item to you.

Return shipping fees should be responsible by buyers.  For any other return reasons, please contact us for further follow up.

1.  運動,沐浴,出汗時請除下飾品
2.  不要把飾品接觸到化學品，或化學物質，例如清水,香水,皂液,噴霧劑,洗潔精,溫泉水,海水,泳池水,沐浴露等。如沾濕請以乾布抹乾。
3.  平日請把飾品放入袋子或者盒子裡，不要長期暴露在空氣中,以免被氧化。
4.  小心寶石閃石脫落，留意給硬物撞擊。
